We don’t have all the answers. Some of the problems we aspire to solve are currently beyond our area of expertise. This motivates us. This also means we can provide sizable responsibilities to people who are able to build and shape these areas.

What does the hiring process look like?
If your CV covers the key skills and experience, we will invite you for a meeting—over Teams—or at our office if you are in town. You will get to meet a fellow practitioner, a team leader and may be one of the directors. We may need a follow-up conversation to understand some of the areas better.
You will get to ask and know more about the firm. We will also give you some test work. We do this with everyone, at every level.
We will let you know what we think about your fit. No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think, as it’s only fair.
Just like the feedback, we will get back to you with a decision (hopefully a big and happy yes) and an offer.
